Handmade on demand means we do not keep ready-made stock. Each product is carefully crafted only after your order is placed, allowing our artisans to create a unique piece for you. As natural crystals are used, variations in color, pattern, and shape are to be expected, making every item one of a kind. The production time is usually7–15 days, depending on order volume and material availability. We will keep you updated by email throughout the process until your order is shipped.

If your order includes both types, we may ship them separately: regular products first, followed by handmade items once they are completed.
