As many of our products are handmade, the production process requires care and attention to detail. This, combined with variations in shipping efficiency, may occasionally result in longer processing times. Please allow 7–14 days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

For the normal situation:

• United Kingdom (Mainland Only): Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. This is our fastest delivery option.

• Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally, with delivery times varying by destination:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 2–4 weeks
